Chess training software Step Stone Method (1 - 5) and chess program Chessica - Tasc Chess CD 2. On the CD you will find the first 5 steps with lessons and more then 2600 exercises. 750 exercises are different ones than in the exercise books. The course is in 4 languages: English, German, French and Dutch. The CD includes both MS-DOS and Windows versions, which means as long as you can access the CD, you can run the program directly from the CD, thus eliminating any computer environment or portability issues. The Chessica chess program does not run in a 64 bit environment. Once the chess training software is launched, you can create a user name and the software will track your progress through the course. The tutorial is divided into a series of five steps of increasing difficulty. Each step consists of several lessons with a common, illustrative theme. The theme is explained by means of text, positions and graphic animation.
